This website helps patients compare primary care doctors’ offices based on a statewide survey of patient experience of primary care and a nationally accepted method of measuring quality:
- The Massachusetts statewide Patient Experience Survey Report shares the results from a survey sent to over 230,000 primary care patients. - The Clinical Quality Report shares the performance results of Massachusetts primary care practices based on national measures of quality, which are called the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS®).
